At CodeNexos, every project involves planning, consultation, development, and resource allocation. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.

Advance Payments

Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project planning, research, design, development, or implementation has begun.

Development Projects

This policy applies to:

  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Software Development
  • AI Solutions
  • CRM Development
  • API Integration
  • Automation Projects

Refunds are not available for completed work, delivered milestones, or custom development already performed.

Digital Marketing Services

Payments made for SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation, and similar services are non-refundable after work has commenced.

Marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed because they depend on external factors beyond our control.

Subscription Services

If a subscription-based service is offered, cancellation will stop future billing where applicable. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Client Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started, charges for completed work, consultation, planning, design, development, licenses, and third-party costs will be deducted before considering any eligible refund.

Third-Party Costs

Expenses related to domain registration, hosting, cloud services, software licenses, advertising spend, messaging credits, payment gateway charges, or other third-party services are non-refundable.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • CodeNexos is unable to begin the project within the mutually agreed timeframe due solely to our own reasons; or
  • Both parties mutually agree in writing to terminate the project before any substantial work has commenced.

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.
