To cancel a project, notify your account manager or contact us via the Contact page with your project details.

Fees & Charges

Cancellations after work has commenced may incur charges for work completed, third-party costs, and other non-recoverable expenses as set out in the contract.

Refunds related to cancellations will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and any contractual terms.

Transition Assistance

When requested, we can provide transition support to hand over code, documentation, and access to a new vendor subject to agreed terms.
